By using Boothstrip you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose — the tool collects nothing, so there is very little to agree about.
Every tool on Boothstrip is free to use, with no sign-up, no trial and no watermark. We may add features later, and we may add advertising later; if that happens we will say so here before it ships.
You keep all rights to the photos you use and the strips you make. We claim no licence over them, and we could not exercise one anyway — your photos are never sent to us.
You are responsible for having the right to use any photo you open in the tool, and for what you do with the result.
Use the tools for anything lawful. Do not attempt to break, overload or abuse the site, and do not use it to create or share content that is illegal or that you have no right to use.
The tools are provided “as is”. We work to keep them running, but we do not promise they will be available without interruption, or that a particular browser, camera or printer will behave as expected. Keep your own copies of any photos you care about — the tool never holds them for you.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Boothstrip is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site — including lost photos, lost time, or a print that came out wrong.
Because the service is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to zero. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If these terms change, the date at the bottom of this page changes with them. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
